Initial Consultation is free.
I will find out what you need for your site and give you an estimate of the cost and amount of time needed to complete the job. If you are in agreement with the estimates and want to have me build your site, then the following terms are required:

Cash if you live in my area. (Sent through the mail is not a good idea.)
If you have another method you would prefer to use, let me know and we can go from there.

Payment Schedule for Design, Hosting and Graphics Design:
A. A deposit of 1/3 of estimated total is due upon signing of the Agreement, before work begins.
B. A second payment of 1/3 of the estimated total (adjusted for changes in estimate if necessary) is due when basic page designs (without added content) are complete and approved, or at about the ½-finished point.
C. The last 1/3 (adjusted for changes in estimate if necessary) and payment for the first two months (or longer) hosting (if required) is due upon completion of site as described, before site 'goes live'.
D. Payments are Non-Refundable.

Payments are set up this way to protect us both - I don't end up building a page or site and then get nothing for the work, and you don't have to worry about paying the full amount up front before you get something in return.

Once your site is online, you will have full access to your hosting account. You will be able to check your stats and E-Mail through a web mail interface if desired and will have access to all your files and other options. You will also be able to change your account password.

SPAM: ABigHug.com has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for spam. If you send spam from your account and/or if you use spam to promote your site your account will be terminated and no refund will be given.

ABigHug.com will not host warez, cracks, porn or any illegal content. If you host such content on your site, your account will be terminated and no refund will be given.

YOU are responsible for all content on your site. ABigHug.com accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or legality of any of your content.

Other:
Domain Name: You should get the domain name yourself. The reason for this is that it will be your responsibility to renew the domain name when it is time for renewal, and it will keep the domain name in your name (you own it). It is also not easy to get the domain name you want and you may have to try several names before you can get one that isn't already taken, if you do it yourself, it makes the process a lot faster. I can get the name for you, but that will be an extra fee for the name and for the yearly renewal and will take longer initially to pick a name you want. See the Links page for links to some reliable registrars.

Hosting: If I am hosting your site for you, payment will be required monthly, semi-annually or annually, depending on the plan you choose, to keep your site online. You do not have to host your site through me, if you would prefer to host your site elsewhere just let me know that before I put your site online. (I will require access to your hosting account to get your site online.)
